Duff & Phelps recently completed the sale of the Elm Park office and residential development in south Dublin on behalf of the National Asset Management Agency.
U.S. investor Starwood Capital Group and Irish developer Chartered Land plan to spend £35 million on finishing out the Elm Park office which is on a 750,000 sq ft campus.
