Duff & Phelps Ranked Number One for Number of Fairness Opinion Deals

NEW YORK - Duff & Phelps, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor, today announced its performance in Thomson Reuters’ annual report assessing global M&A deal activity.  According to the report, 2015 Mergers & Acquisitions Review, Duff & Phelps ranked first for the number of fairness opinions rendered in the U.S. and tied for first in the number of fairness opinions rendered globally.  These opinions, representing more than $20 billion in deal value, set a new one-year record for the firm.
