Duff & Phelps India Senior Partner Ashwini Mehra Presented at the Mega IBC Conclave

Ashwini Mehra, Senior Advisor of Duff & Phelps India Restructuring LLP was invited to speak at the prestigious Mega IBC Conclave at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai on August 11, 2018. The conclave was organized by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws Group, Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee (CLCGC), Institute of Chartered Accountants India (ICAI) and Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI and hosted by the Western India Regional Council of the ICAI.
 
Mr. Mehra shared his views on the reshaping of the business houses under the IBC regime. The IBC code is a groundbreaking economic reform aimed at initiating the insolvency process in a hassle free and timely manner. The conclave was conducted with a similar agenda to impart knowledge and discuss key developments and challenges in the insolvency and bankruptcy code.
