Anthony is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory practice and is based in the Los Angeles office. With over 15 years of experience of advising lenders, strategic buyers and private equity firms, his representative transactions cover a broad range of industries including software, media, healthcare, manufacturing, business services, hospitality, education and consumer products.
Also based in the Los Angeles office, Brian is a managing director in the Consumer M&A Advisory practice. He has over 18 years of experience of advising middle-market clients on mergers and acquisitions and private placements, and has closed numerous transactions within the apparel, active/outdoor and broader consumer sectors.
