On 10th March, The Carlyle Group acquired Barbon Insurance Group, who are the UK’s leading provider of tenant referencing and insurance to the private rental sector. Duff & Phelps was lead financial advisor to Carlyle throughout the transaction, with the deal team based in London and led by Joel Hope-Bell.
