Simon Tsang Joins Duff & Phelps’ Growing Valuation Practice in China

– New Hire Highlights Business Momentum in Mainland  China and Hong Kong –
 
Duff & Phelps Corporation, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor, today announced that Simon Tsang has joined the Firm as a Managing Director in its Valuation Advisory Practice in China. Mr. Tsang joins Duff & Phelps from Deloitte Financial Advisory Services in China, where he served as a Partner. At Duff & Phelps, Mr. Tsang will focus on providing valuation and related advisory services for corporate and private equity clients. He will be based in Shanghai and report directly to Sammy Lai, Duff & Phelps’ Country Leader in China.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Tsang served as an Investment Manager in a private equity firm, as well as an international appraisal valuation firm. Earlier, Mr. Tsang worked at KPMG and PWC, where he specialized in tax advisory services. He holds an M.B.A. from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Master of Law from The City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering from The Hong Kong University. Mr. Tsang is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an FCCA.
