Duff & Phelps Managing Director Margaret (“Peggy”) Daley has been appointed co-chair of the Better Government Association (BGA), a watchdog organization that aims to expose corruption in Illinois. She will work closely with BGA President & CEO Andy Shaw on development, strategy, finances and operations.
Peggy joined the BGA in 2003. She is part of Duff & Phelps’ Dispute and Legal Management Consulting business and co-chairs the firm’s Forensic Technology & Analytics practice. She played a key role in the firm’s engagement as financial advisor to the Examiner in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. With more than 20 years of experience in large-scale investigations, electronic discovery, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance, she specializes in high-profile international money laundering, financial fraud, asset search and due diligence investigations for multinational corporations in a variety of industries.
