Our Commitments
Our global workforce is committed to bringing together diversity of thought to challenge each other and work shoulder to shoulder for greater good. This isn’t a box we check; it’s a philosophy ingrained in who we are and what we do. We owe our success to a dedicated focus on protecting our environment, empowering our people to make positive change and operating with transparency and good governance.
By creating communities where we work, live and connect, we enable our people and businesses to reach their full potential and achieve exceptional outcomes, together.

Our Values
Our six values are at the core of who we are and how we interact with our people, clients and partners at work and within every community we serve. When you work with Kroll, you experience these values in action:
- Excellence is a mindset – we do challenging work and pursue extraordinary results. We relentlessly focus on excellence – for our clients and our colleagues.
- Ambition. We are energized to learn, to teach, to grow. We constantly seek to do better – comfort and excellence rarely co-exist.
- Courage. We make bold decisions, not just the easy ones. We find, reveal and tell the truth. Integrity is the foundation of everything we do.
- Inclusion. We embrace – we respect, include and value one another. We support and care about the communities where we live and work.
- Innovation. We challenge ourselves to discover new ways to create value. We harness the power of smart data with technology to enable faster decisions and always anticipate what's next for our clients.
- One Team, One Kroll. We are stronger together – always focused on solutions, not silos. We collaborate across borders and disciplines in pursuit of excellence.
Responsible Sourcing
Our commitment to a broad range of perspectives and expertise as a key driver of success extends to the organizations we engage with through our procurement strategy. A dynamic and competitive supplier network strengthens our value chain, supporting both daily operations and our ability to deliver exceptional results to our clients.
Our responsible sourcing program operates through a cross-functional team representing Commercial Operations, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Environmental and Communications.
We are dedicated to providing fair access to opportunities for all capable suppliers. We believe that working with a wide network of suppliers helps advance economic growth and development in the communities we collectively serve.

Sustainability
We approach our sustainability efforts with the same rigor and commitment that we bring to the clients we serve. Through a culture of good governance and innovation—combined with the empowerment of our local offices to fulfill our responsibilities to our people, communities and the environment—we continuously strive to improve our environmental standing year on year.

To make a positive and ongoing impact as an organization, Kroll supports our communities and the causes that most align with our values through the Kroll Charitable Foundation and colleague-level engagement. This includes volunteering, lending our skills through pro bono projects and giving in-kind donations. Since its launch in 2018, the Kroll Charitable Foundation has distributed millions of funds to hundreds of charities worldwide. The Kroll Charitable Foundation is committed to nurturing innovative ideas, impacting economic and social issues and enabling progress in underserved communities around the globe.

The Kroll Charitable Foundation introduced the Kroll Cares program in 2022 to empower our colleagues to donate and take action in support of causes they care most about. In 2023, we continued to amplify this program and collectively supported 400+ causes and volunteered 10,000+ hours of our time.
