William Dixon, Associate Managing Director in the Cyber Risk practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, will discuss effective measures for dealing with cyber breaches; exploring both the art and science of an effective cyber response plan.

William will highlight that cyber incidents and breaches have repercussions on organizations that go far beyond reputation and financial. The healthcare industry is no exception and needs to prepare an incident response plan that both identifies and responds to cyber incidents. He will further enumerate the best practices while guiding participants in the creation of a successful incident response plan.
Additionally, Daniel Platten, Director in the Valuation Advisory Services practice and part of the Healthcare and Life Science division at Duff & Phelps, will participate in panel discussions on business combination and goodwill and distress among hospital industry executives.
