Emily is a Director in the London office and is part of the Valuation Advisory Services practice.

Emily has significant experience across a range of company, and intangible asset valuations in a variety of sectors and geographies. These valuations have been prepared for financial reporting, tax, in relation to portfolio valuations and in the context of disputes. She has assisted the expert in numerous contractual and commercial disputes. Her work has included preparing expert reports for Court, complex financial modelling, and technical valuations.

She has worked as an accountant since 1998, specializing in valuation and forensic work from 2011. Before specializing, Emily gained broad accounting experience through roles involving audit, investigations, investment banking, management accounts and corporate tax. This experience was gained at EY, Barclays Capital and local government. Her first forensic and valuation role was at EY in 2011. Emily worked at the boutique forensic accounting firm Haberman Ilett from its formation in 2013, through to it being acquired by Kroll in 2020.

Emily has a mathematics degree from the University of Warwick. She qualified as an accountant in 2002 and is now a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

As part of Kroll, she is able to offer an extended service assisting clients with sale mandates, litigation support, vendor due diligence, transfer pricing advice, business strategy, planning and modeling, and commercial due diligence.
