Tim Gallagher on Potential Charges Against Police Officers George Floyd Case

Tim Gallagher, Managing Director in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, recently spoke with NBC New York on whether prosecutors will charge all the police officers involved in the alleged murder of George Floyd. Tim indicated that sometimes the federal statute, whether that would be a conspiracy charge to bring in the actions of the other law enforcement officers, may fit better than the state charges.
