Keith Wojcieszek Highlights the Importance of Cyber Security Proactivity

IT teams within organizations are facing increased pressure as they continue to navigate COVID-19 and the new normal of working from home. Cyber security is at the forefront as bad actors attempt to take advantage of the fear and uncertainty surrounding the pandemic through new attack vectors and scams. Organizations can proactively stay ahead of this threat by implementing proper cyber hygiene and tightening up cyber security protocols for their remote workforce.

Keith Wojcieszek, Managing Director in the Cyber Risk practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, was quoted in an article for Compliance Week stating, “The best way for companies to protect themselves from cyber-attacks is to properly train their employees.” Keith further discusses why employees should not only understand the risk of a cyberattack but also the modus operandi employed by bad actors.
