The Cayman Islands are one of the world’s largest financial centres, holding over US$800 billion in deposits, and its financial services industry covers areas such as hedge funds, mutual funds, captive insurance, vessel registration, companies and partnerships, trusts, structured finance arrangements and banking services. The Cayman Islands are host to over 70,000 companies and more than 7,000 funds. Operating within this environment has given Kroll’s staff a unique understanding of the challenges and problems that affect such entities – an understanding that ensures their work is the most effective and efficient possible.

Companies domiciled in the Cayman Islands frequently appear within the structures of overseas based corporations and are often used to incorporate funds and joint ventures.
