Brian Stapleton
 Managing Director+44 207 029 5126 First Floor | Brian Stapleton is head of Kroll’s Financial Investigations practice. Brian joined Kroll’s Business Intelligence and Investigations division in 1997. He has dealt with a large number of assignments for clients from the United Kingdom, Europe, the Former Soviet Union, Middle East and North America involving work undertaken in all of these geographies. Kroll’s Financial Investigations practice provides information gathering and advisory services to assist clients in dealing with a wide variety of issues, including fraud investigations, asset tracing and recovery, financial mismanagement, loss recovery and internal and regulatory investigations. Having graduated in law and secured a place at the Criminal Bar, Brian Stapleton began his career in London, where he worked for five years as a futures broker operating largely on the international currency and metals markets.
