Valentina has extensive experience in performing valuation analysis, purchase price allocations and impairment tests, mergers and acquisitions transactions, concession and public-private partnerships (PPP) model structuring in several different sectors.

Prior to joining Kroll, Valentina served as a trainee at PwC in 2010 and left as a manager in 2017 to join Kroll.

Valentina’s notable advisory transactions include Novaprolink to Thomson Reuters and Exata Logistica to AGV Logistica. She has also coordinated on fairness opinion projects, including CORSAN's PPP project to expand sanitation in the state of Rio Grande do Sul (with an investment around of around BRL 1.8 million) and a public lighting PPP project presented by GE (RFI) to the cities of Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Contagem-MG.

Valentina received a dual B.A. in business administration from Insper and another in a B.A. in accounting from Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo.
