Yaser Dajani is managing director in Kroll’s Dubai office and head of the firm’s Middle East operations. He manages investigations for regional and international businesses and government clients, and oversees a team of analysts and case managers working in Dubai.
Yaser’s core areas of expertise include the provision of complex business intelligence and pre-transaction due diligence, fraud investigations, asset tracing and corruption risk assessments. His corruption risk advice is focused on fraud awareness, prevention and mitigation, particularly in jurisdictions prone to fraud and weak regulatory frameworks. Yaser also focuses on providing strategic advice to clients seeking to enter new markets in the Middle East.
Yaser supports clients across a wide range of sectors, focusing primarily on financial services, legal industry, telecommunication, defense procurement, fast-moving consumer goods, insurance, oil and gas, construction and engineering services. He has managed investigations on behalf of clients throughout the region, with a particular focus on the GCC, Iraq, Pakistan, Egypt and Libya.
Yaser is fluent in both Arabic and English.
