Preparedness, resiliency and recovery are the three critical components of a solid cyber security posture. Time and again though we see incidents occurring which could have been avoided and where the impact was exacerbated through poor response. This seminar will draw on experiences from both the incident handling and legal perspectives as well as discussing how cyber can enable business rather than be considered a cost centre.

Paul Jackson, the Head of Kroll's Asia Pacific Cyber Security and Investigations Practice will share his experience with helping clients across the region deal with cyber crisis. He will also share best practices gained from leading JP Morgan's global cyber investigation team and lessons learned from some of the biggest cyber incidents in history, as well as from his time leading the HK Police Force's cybercrime investigation and forensics teams. Nicholas Blackmore, who leads Kennedys' APAC cyber team, will discuss the legal and regulatory issues to consider when preparing for and responding to a cyber breach.
