New business unit delivers a wide range of integrated risk mitigation and response solutions that span investigations, due diligence, compliance, cyber and physical security
NEW YORK, March 28, 2012 – Altegrity Inc. today announced the launch of Kroll Advisory Solutions, a new business unit that combines the expertise of Kroll, the world's leading risk management company, into a single organization. Kroll Advisory Solutions will help clients confidently mitigate and respond to risk, drawing upon the multidisciplinary capabilities of its Investigations, Due Diligence, Information Security and Physical Security practices. Existing clients will see a seamless transition of the company's world-renowned solutions into the business unit, which will be led by new President Tom Hartley.
Hartley previously served as head of Kroll's Business Intelligence & Investigations practice. Based in London, Hartley joined Kroll in May 2009 from KPMG, where he led the UK team of the strategic arm of Transaction Services. Prior to KPMG, he was a consultant with Bain and Company. Hartley reports to Kroll Inc. CEO Phil Casey.
