J. Philip Casey - President and CEO
J. Philip Casey is the President and CEO of Kroll, one of the world’s leading risk consulting companies.

Mr. Casey most recently served as Chairman of Altegrity’s Commercial Services Group, which includes HireRight and Kroll Factual Data. Mr. Casey joined Altegrity when Explore Information Services was acquired in late 2005. He had led Explore since 1998 after starting there as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 1995.

Before coming to Explore, Mr. Casey served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Primenet Data Systems, Inc. from 1994 to 1995 and held a similar position with Jordan Industries, Inc. from 1991 to 1993. He was with Lifetouch, Inc. from 1984 to 1991, starting as Vice President Market Development — Senior Division and advancing to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer — Senior Division in 1987. Prior to 1984, Mr. Casey held senior marketing and sales positions with Official Airline Guidelines, Inc. and American Airlines. Mr. Casey has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management senior leadership positions.

Mr. Casey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bethany College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University.

William J. Bratton - Chairman
William J. Bratton is Chairman of Kroll, one of Altegrity, Inc.’s three core businesses. Prior to the acquisition of Kroll in August 2010, Mr. Bratton served as Chairman of Altegrity Risk International, which is now part of the Kroll business unit.

Mr. Bratton joined Altegrity in November 2009 after serving as Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) for seven years. He is known as one of America’s premier police chiefs, the only person to have led two of the largest police forces in the United States, the New York City Police Department and the LAPD.

Joseph Buczek, CPA, CFE - Chief Compliance Officer
Joseph S. Buczek, a CPA, CFE and seasoned financial investigator, is Kroll’s Chief Compliance Officer responsible for Kroll’s standard operating procedures, ethics and conflict management and resolution. Previously, Joe served as a managing director for Kroll, managing corporate and government agency investigations involving potential fraud and financial misconduct. Since joining Kroll in 2000, Joe has led a wide array of investigations of inventory theft, kickback schemes, and procurement and bid-rigging schemes.

Prior to joining Kroll, Joe served as a special agent in the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). There, he gained broad experience in federal white-collar criminal investigations and trials. Joe was successful in infiltrating the spot foreign currency market and investigating “bucket” shops, Ponzi schemes, and trader and broker collusion. He also developed and managed a major undercover money laundering investigation. Before joining the FBI, Joe spent four years at Arthur Andersen.

Buczek holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nevada.
