Diversity & Inclusion

Ben Allen

Kroll's clients face complex risks and business decisions that require sophisticated solutions. Our teams cross literal and figurative boundaries to provide unique perspectives and world-class service.

The diversity, individuality and life experiences of our professionals allow them to approach projects from multiple angles, giving Kroll valuable insights and a broad worldview.

At Kroll, our definition of diversity includes not only race, ethnicity, gender, age and sexual orientation, but also educational background, work experience, thinking style and functional specialty.

We strive to ensure that every employee at Kroll has the opportunity to grow and succeed. By fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, we can build teams that better help clients solve problems and identify strategies for growth.
